For applications where there is a history of adverse credit the typical fee is £495 payable on application or Offer depending on the circumstances and complexity.
Equity Release Mortgages & Home Reversion Plans
For Equity release mortgages and Home Reversion Plans the typical fee is £999, of which £249 is payable at the point a personal recommendation is made, whether you decide to proceed or not, and the remaining £750 payable if/when an application is made.
